Rockabillaque 2015 Recap: Daytime

We had so much fun at Rockabillaque in Park Circle! We had the privilege of being on the BBQ Joint stage and hosting the Miss Rockabillaque contest. Many lovely ladies showed off their pinup and rockabilly style. Thankfully, we didn’t have to judge because all the ladies looked amazing! We even had one contestant borrow shoes from our mellBella Closet to complete her look. The winner of Miss Rockabillaque 2015 is named Bella! How perfect is that? She won a FREE Pinup Session with our studio including hair and makeup.

In our booth, we got to share our Pinup Photos, some looks from the mellBella Closet, and explain a little about the mellBella experience with several potential Bella Beauties. Ladies also got to enter our drawing for a chance to win another FREE Pinup Session with us, but everyone got to walk away from our booth with a little something. We can’t wait to see Maxine again, the winner of our drawing to rock her pinup personality at her session.   Everyone was so friendly, and they keep asking to take a photo of or with Mell Bell and Wanda.

A very special thank you to our dear friend Sarah of Sarah Pearson- Hair and Makeup Artisty for doing hair in the perfect pinup styles for the event and for helping out in our booth to share the mellBella Pinup experience.

Simon Cantlon of Vive Le Rock Productions produced this quality FREE event that lasted all day and well into the night. The day included lots of music, rockabilly style, cars, bikes, and of course food! Don’t worry there’s all ready plans for next year. Rock on!
